<p><b>Dr. Mohammed Kuddus&nbsp;</b>is a Professor and Chairman of the Biochemistry Department at the University of Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has previously served at the Department of Biotechnology, Integral University, Lucknow, India (2007-2012). Holding a Ph.D. in enzyme biotechnology from SHUATS, Allahabad, India, Dr. Kuddus’s main research areas include enzymology, biochemistry, and microbial biotechnology. He has more than 15 years of research and teaching experience in biochemistry, biotechnology and enzymology. He is the editor of 4 books and has published more than 65 research articles in esteemed international journals; along with 20 book chapters. He is a member of various national and international scientific societies and organizations, e.g. the Indian Science Congress Association and the Asian Council of Science Editors. He also serves as an editor/editorial board member or reviewer for more than 30 peer-reviewed international journals. He has been awarded Young Scientist Projects from Department of Science and Technology, India and International Foundation for Science, Sweden.</p>

<p><b>Dr. Roohi&nbsp;</b>is an Associate Professor at the Department of Bioengineering, Integral University, Lucknow, India. Her main research interests are in enzyme biotechnology, especially protein biochemistry and microbial biotechnology. She has more than 12 years of research and teaching experience and has published more than 35 research articles in peer-reviewed international journals and authored/co-authored numerous book chapters. She is a member of various international scientific societies and organizations, e.g. the International Society for Research and Development, European Biotechnology Network, etc. She also serves as a reviewer for more than 10 reputed international journals. She has been recognized with an Early Career Research Award (ECRA) and Project Grant from the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology (DST), India.</p><br>
