Connecting to your breath in meditation is a way to cultivate the garden of love and joy in our hearts. In Meditations to Renew and Thrive, long time meditation teacher, Alejandro Chaoul, Ph.D. guides you to connect at the deepest level with the positivity within your heart. In the first guided meditation, you will use the breath to reconnect with yourself, to ground in the present moment, and to find a refuge in your Heart-Mind. The second meditation focuses on ways to stimulate your relaxation response as an antidote to stress. You will discover ways to practice compassion for yourself and others, even in times of stress. And in the third guided meditation, you tap into the space of the heart where your love, joy, compassion, and equanimity reside—and then you set these qualities free to blossom into the world around you. Renew yourself and thrive with these guided meditations!
