Dr. Heide Schatten is a cell and molecular biologist at University of Missouri-Columbia. She specializes in reproduction and cancers of the reproductive systems. She has been involved as scientist adviser to advocates of Cancer Foundations and as a reviewer and study section leader of several Foundations and she has been a reviewer for the DOD prostate cancer program. She has had Cancer Research support and interacted with a large number of well known prostate cancer researchers including many from NIH Comprehensive Cancer Centers. &nbsp;Her publication record shows over 220 original publications, many of which are focused on cell cycle and cytoskeletal abnormalities that are hallmarks for prostate cancer. &nbsp;She has edited several previous books including (2013)&nbsp;<i>Cell and Molecular Biology of Breast Cancer</i>&nbsp;which has over 19,000 downloads.&nbsp;
