<p>Dr. Britta Thege is a senior researcher (gender studies, HIV/AIDS, gender mainstreaming) and administrative manager at the Institute for Interdisciplinary Gender Research and Diversity (IGD) and is also a university lecturer.<br>Silvester Popescu-Willigmann is a research associate (social economy, social business management, third-sector research, social injustice) at the IGD and is also a university lecturer.<br>Prof. Dr. Roswitha Pioch is executive director of the IGD and a professor of political science, social policymaking and injustice related research.<br>Prof. Dr. Sabah Badri-Höher is associate director of the IGD and a professor of digital signal processing and digital communication.<br>The editors all work at the Kiel University of Applied Sciences in Germany.</p>
