I am so excited that you have shown interest in this Keto fat bombs cookbook. Keto diet is a high fat low carb diet lifestyle and if you have been following a Ketogenic diet, I want you to know this! INGREDIENTS
1 large egg room temperature
1/3 cup of Swerve Brown
3/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1/3 cup of Swerve Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of butter softened
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoons of grass-fed gelatin
2 cups of almond flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Topping:
1 tablespoon of Swerve Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
PREPARATIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 325F and grease 8x8 inch baking sheet.
2. Blend the almond flour, cream of tartar, cinnamon, gelatin, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, Swerve Brown and Swerve sweeteners until fluffy. Whisk in the egg with vanilla until fully incorporated.
4. Beat in almond flour mixture until mixture is totally mixed and form a dough, scraping down bowl sides as necessary.
